Grilled Carrots

Great side to many BBQ dishes.
Keep the carrots a little al dente.

You need:

  • Whole peeled carrots
  • 0,5 cup orangejuice
  • 0,25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp butter
  • salt & pepper


  • Mix orange juice, brown sugar and butter in a pan
  • let simmer for a while.
  • Let the mix rest for a while
  • Prepare the grill for direct heat
  • Brush the carrots with the glaze
  • turn the carrots a few times an brush with some more glaze
  • Serve when the carrots has great color
