Great side to many BBQ dishes.
Keep the carrots a little al dente.
- Whole peeled carrots
- 0,5 cup orangejuice
- 0,25 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp butter
- salt & pepper
- Mix orange juice, brown sugar and butter in a pan
- let simmer for a while.
- Let the mix rest for a while
- Prepare the grill for direct heat
- Brush the carrots with the glaze
- turn the carrots a few times an brush with some more glaze
- Serve when the carrots has great color
