These ribs are spicey, sweet and yet with some heat! The secret here is to get at really good quality Maple syrup.
So, make an effort to get that good syrup, if You have trouble finding it in your local store, try to look where they keep all the baking stuff/supplies – flour, sugar , that kind of things.
3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup American paprika
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons ground ginger powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons rosemary powder
1 slab ribs
4 tablespoons of Meathead’s Memphis Dust
1 cup apple juice
2 pinches salt
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1/4 cup real maple syrup
