Whiskymarinated Pork Roast

A great recipe for whiskylovers.
The whiskymarinade goes very well with the pork

You Need:

  • 1 Pork roast
  • 2 tbs Worcestershiresauce
  • 3 tbs tomato paste
  • 2 tbs whisky
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 grated onion
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • Smoke wood (Preferable Oak)
  • Apple cider winegar



  • Mix all ingredients and let boil for about a minute
  • Let cool
  • Marinate the pork roast in fridge for about 12-24 hours
  • Strain the marinade and mix with some apple cider Winegar and apple juice, and inject it into the pork roast (Optional)
  • Prepare your grill for indirect heat and low & Slow
  • Place ypur smoke wood on the gloawing coal
  • BBQ your pork roast until it reaches a innertemperature of 149F /65 C
  • Let rest and serve in thin slices
