Wholegrilled Cauliflower

Great vegetarian side with lots of flavour.
Perfect to serve of you have vegatarians visiting.
Works great as a side to almost everything.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of Cauliflower
  • Olive oil
  • Your favorite herbs (Chopped)
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • 1 clove of garlic

Instructions:

  • Prepare your grill for indirect heat and about 175 C / 350 F
  • Cut a cross in the root if the cauliflower
  • Chop the spices and mix with olive oil and salt
  • Bast the cauliflower with the mix
  • Grill indirect until the cauliflower feels soft, it takes apox 1 hour
  • Serve as side to almost everything.
