Great vegetarian side with lots of flavour.
Perfect to serve of you have vegatarians visiting.
Works great as a side to almost everything.
- 1 head of Cauliflower
- Olive oil
- Your favorite herbs (Chopped)
- Paprika powder
- 1 clove of garlic
- Prepare your grill for indirect heat and about 175 C / 350 F
- Cut a cross in the root if the cauliflower
- Chop the spices and mix with olive oil and salt
- Bast the cauliflower with the mix
- Grill indirect until the cauliflower feels soft, it takes apox 1 hour
- Serve as side to almost everything.
